- labneh (or Greek yogurt)
- Persian cucumbers (sliced)
- Pita crackers
- Tahini herb dip (or tzatziki)

- Chili onion crisp (or olive oil with crushed red chili peppers and dried onions)
- blanched cauliflower florets (choose colorful if available)
- whipped feta dip (optional in place of the first two, or in addition to)
- sauteed broccolini with garlic
- Greek yogurt Caesar Dip (optional in place of the first two, or in addition to)
- celery (cut into sticks)
- more optional vegetables: carrots, colorful bell peppers, watermelon radish (etc)
Instructions
- Place the labneh, greek yogurt or dip of choice in a small shallow bowl as pictured in the illustration above in step 1.
- Arrange the produce as pictured in the illustration above in step 3.
- Add the crackers as pictured in the illustration above in step 4.
- Add the dips as pictured in the illustration above in step 5.
- Finish with garnish as pictured in step 6.
