- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or your preference)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 pinch pumpkin spice (optional)
- 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
Notes
- The instant chia pudding can be made using any type of milk you prefer.
- Feel free to add more or fewer spices to your pumpkin pudding to adjust them to your taste.
- You can use maple syrup instead of dates, or if you're not vegan, even honey!
