Instructions
- Add all the steel cut oats ingredients to your Instant pot and close the lid.
- Set the valve to sealing and set the Instant Pot to Manual/High Pressure for 5 minutes. When the time is up, let the Instant Pot release naturally for 20 minutes then release remaining pressure. Remove the lid and stir everything together.

Notes
- Milk Selection: This recipe uses regular milk for creaminess, but feel free to substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk for a dairy-free version.
- Sweetness Level: Adjust the maple syrup to your taste; honey or agave nectar can also be used as alternatives.
- Texture: For softer oats, increase the natural pressure release time. For firmer oats, decrease the NPR time slightly.
- Add-ins: This recipe is versatile! Consider adding dried fruits, chia seeds, or flaxseeds for added flavor and nutrition.
- Reheat: Leftover oats can thicken in the fridge. When reheating, simply add a splash of milk or water to bring them back to your desired consistency.
