Japanese Ginger Dressing is a copycat recipe of many Japanese steakhouses like Benihana and Kobe. Sweet ginger and sesame can be a salad dressing or marinade.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons yellow onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced or grated
- 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic minced or grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except sesame seeds into a small food processor and pulse for 1 minute, or until desired consistency. Stir in sesame seeds.
