													Leftover turkey recipes are great to have and this easy leftover turkey casserole is the perfect Thanksgiving leftover casserole!

                                Ingredients
Topping
- ½ cup panko or breadcrumbs
 - ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
 - ¼ cup melted butter
 
Casserole
- 3 cups cooked rotini noodles
 - 2 cups cooked leftover turkey (diced)
 - 1 cup frozen peas (unthawed)
 - 1 cup frozen green beans (unthawed)
 - 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
 - 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
 - 1 cup milk
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
 - In a small bowl, prepare the topping by mixing the panko, parmesan cheese and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, green beans, both soups, milk salt and pepper. Stir until well combined then place in prepared casserole dish.
 - Sprinkle the cheese topping evenly on the top.
 - Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the dish is nice and bubbly and slightly golden on top.
 - Serve immediately with a side salad or some bread.
