Ingredients
Smoothie Freezer Pack Guidelines
- 1 to 1 ½ cups frozen berries/frozen fruit
- half of 1 banana frozen if possible
- big handful of fresh greens if you’re using them spinach, kale, etc.
- big dollop of your favorite nut butter if you’re using it almond butter, peanut butter, etc.
- about 1/2 cup Silk Milk or as needed for consistency
Blueberry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- half of 1 banana frozen if possible
- big handful of fresh greens spinach, kale, etc.
- big dollop of your favorite nut butter almond butter, peanut butter, etc.
- about 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
Tropical Temptation Smoothie
- ¾ cup frozen pineapple
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- half of 1 banana frozen if possible
- about 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk or as needed for consistency

Instructions
- To make-ahead, add the desired ingredients to separate ziptop bags (sandwich size is what I use), seal, and freeze.
- When you’re ready to consume, add the contents of one ziptop bag to the canister of a blender. Blend on high power until smooth. Add additional Silk Milk if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
Notes
- *Feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder, if desired.
- **The nutrition stats are NOT accurate. It's a computer generated estimate which is taking into account the ingredients for both types of smoothie recipes I provided and is unable to separate them. Calculate with an online tool for greater accuracy. Logically though, it would be hard that a banana, frozen fruit, and a bit of milk of your choice would have more than 200 calories.
