Milk Chocolate Walnut Bark

Easy walnut bark made with milk chocolate. This is a super easy, no-bake dessert that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 300 g milk chocolate (10.5oz)
- 100 g chopped walnuts (3.5oz) plus more for topping if desired
- Pinch sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl then add the chopped walnuts. Mix well until all of the nuts are coated with chocolate.
- Transfer the bark mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. You can make it as thin or as thick as you like.
- Top with more walnuts or any other favourite bark toppings then add a sprinkle of salt if using.
- Let the bark sit out at room temperature for a few hours until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
