Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – easy delicious roasted broccoli recipe, with Parmesan cheese. 5 mins prep and 20 mins to dinner table.

Ingredients
- 12 oz (350g) broccoli florets sliced horizontally
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Toss the sliced broccoli with olive oil and butter, then season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the broccoli to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes.
- Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. Roast again until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
