- 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
- ½ small minced red onion
- 1 small chopped red bell pepper
- 1 small chopped green bell pepper
- 1 seeded and finely diced jalapeño
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of one lime
- salt to taste

- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple, ½ small minced red onion, 1 small chopped red bell pepper, 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 seeded and finely diced jalapeño, ¼ cup chopped cilantro, juice of one lime, and salt to taste. Serve with chips.
