Ingredients
- 1 whole pineapple , (about 4 cups, chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion , chopped
- 1/4 cup white onion , chopped
- 1 red bell pepper , chopped
- 1 green bell pepper , chopped
- 1 Jalapeño , deseeded, deveined and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving.
