My all-time favorite smoothie! This Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is naturally sweet and is perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- ½ cup cold water
- 2 cups (packed) Fresh Spinach Leaves
- ½ banana
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder (or your favorite kind)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- ½ cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup unsweetened frozen mango chunks
Instructions
- Pour the water into a blender and add the spinach. Puree until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, flaxseed meal, banana and orange. Puree.
- Add the pineapple and mango chunks. If your blender has a crushed ice feature, start with that, then puree until smooth.
