Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
- dash of chili powder optional
- Dash of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and give it a whirl until the Pumpkin Smoothie is smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
