- 1 big banana sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Whipped Cream optional

- Blend everything except whipped cream in a blender until completely mixed. Top with whipped cream.
Notes
- If you like your smoothie sweeter, add some maple syrup and then blend.
