- 2 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 2 months.Add 1 bay leaf, powdered for variation.
