Ingredients
- 4 nísperos (sapodilla) (peeled and cubed)
- ¾ cup sugar (white, granulated) or equivalent sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 quart evaporated milk [1 lt] (see notes)
- 4 cups Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Blend
- Combine all the ingredients (nispero, sugar, vanilla, milk, and ice) in a heavy-duty blender and blend until it's very smooth and silky.
2. Serving
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use almond milk (or your preferred substitute). I hear from our readers (I haven't tried it) that coconut milk is great for this purpose.
