This delicious, refreshing Rhubarb Smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and infused with cooled green tea or matcha tea. It's only naturally sweetened and easy to adapt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea or matcha tea cooled (236 ml)
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or more to taste 59 ml
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen chopped rhubarb About 2 rhubarb stalks or 200 grams
- 1 cup fresh sweet strawberries 150 grams
- ½ to 1 small banana depending on how sweet you want it.
- 1 teaspoon raw honey optional

- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste test and add additional sweetner if preferred.

- Storage: This rhubarb smoothie is best enjoyed fresh after blending. However, if you need to store it, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Give it a good stir before serving.
