Rock Cod in Ginger Soy Sauce Marinade
Description
Rock Cod in Ginger Soy Sauce Marinade highlights fresh rock cod seasoned and soaked in a marinade containing honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh garlic, and ginger blended to create a harmonious sweet and tangy base. The marinade tenderizes the fish and imparts a fresh aromatic character from the ginger and garlic. After marinating for 30 minutes to one hour, the cod is sautéed quickly in olive oil to develop a golden crust while preserving moisture inside.
The finishing touch involves drizzling reserved marinade over the cooked fish and optionally sprinkling chopped parsley to add freshness and color. This dish delivers a delicate balance of flavors without overpowering the mild fish, making it suitable as a main course paired with simple sides.
