Rotel Dip
Report
It just takes 4 ingredients to make an incredibly creamy, cheesy Ro*Tel dip with big, bold flavors. This is perfect for football games or to serve up at Taco Tuesday.

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
- When the beef is cooked through, drain the grease.
- Add the taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water to the beef and stir to combine.
- Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add to the skillet with the beef.
- Add the Ro*Tel (do not drain) to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm.
Notes
- This can also be made directly in the slow cooker. Brown the beef in a skillet and then transfer to a slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until the Velveeta melts and the dip easily stirs together.
- Sprinkle with green onions or cilantro before serving, if desired.
