- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mural of Flavor like Penzey's Mural of Flavor
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ cup chopped celery from 2-3 stalks
- 2 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the chicken seasoning, black pepper and kosher salt. Mix with a spoon until combined.
- Measure in the shredded chicken and celery.
- Stir until combined, then serve.
Notes
- Use a rotisserie chicken. Why? It’s packed full of flavor and makes YOUR job a lot easier! Make sure to remove the skin from the meat before shredding it!
- Mix it in advance. This chicken salad recipe is super simple to make ahead of time, so you can meal prep it for the week, if you so choose.
