Ingredients
- 4 pieces dried fish daing, fried
- 1 14 oz. can, diced tomatoes
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- 3 coves garlic crushed
- 3 to 5 pieces red and green chili pepper optional
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce patis
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Once the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the diced tomato. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the chili peppers, ground black pepper, and fish sauce. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Put the dating in the mixture. Cook for 1 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
