This Slow Cooker Asian Inspired Beef recipe only requires 3 ingredients! A tender slow-cooked pot roast with the flavors sesame, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. You're going to love this easy recipe for Asian beef.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce store bought or homemade
- 2 cups Asian Sesame Dressing

Instructions
- Spray slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
- Pour teriyaki sauce into slow cooker.
- Add beef roast and cover.
- Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
- Add Asian sesame dressing to the teriyaki sauce that remains in the slow cooker. If you prefer a thicker gravy, combine corn starch and Asian sesame dressing in a small bowl before adding to the slow cooker.
- Turn slow cooker up to high.
- Remove roast from slow cooker and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Set aside.
- Add dressing mixture to slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve with prepared rice or noodles.
Notes
- Tips:
- Try to not remove the lid of the slow cooker until you think the Asian inspired beef roast is finished cooking. When you remove the lid steam and heat escape and it takes longer to cook the meat.
- Choose a boneless chuck roast with rich marbling trimmed of excess fat. Try and choose a cut of beef that is wider and shorter verses long and skinny so it fits the shape of your slow cooker.
- Low and slow is the name of the game when it comes to cooking this recipe for Asian beef. If you want fall apart tender meat, cook on the lowest temperature for 7-8 hours depending on the size of the roast
- While it is not required, you can sear the roast before adding it to the crockpot for more flavor. Place a 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a Dutch oven. Sear each side of the roast for 1 minute on medium heat.
