Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Description
These Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwiches start with a chuck roast generously seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika. The roast cooks low and slow for 8 hours until tender enough to shred easily with forks. Excess fat is drained, and then barbecue sauce is mixed in and heated gently to meld flavors.
The shredded beef is piled onto sandwich buns and topped with coleslaw, introducing a crunchy freshness and creamy tang to complement the rich, smoky meat. This combination yields a balanced flavor and texture that feels casual but satisfying.
Slow cooking allows the beef to break down into tender strands absorbent of the seasoning and sauce, making the sandwiches easy to assemble when ready. They are suitable for gatherings or simple family dinners.
