Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef short ribs cut into 3 x 2 inch pieces
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp ground black pepper adjust to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet on high heat. Brown short ribs on all sides until golden brown.
- To a slow cooker, add beef broth, red wine, salt, and pepper.
- Add Beef Short Ribs to the slow cooker. Cook on High for about 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Remove ribs. Move the liquids to a skillet and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the liquid reaches desired thickness. Serve over Beef Short Ribs. Enjoy!
