Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3 inch piece fresh ginger
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 coop protein powder + 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice to taste
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
