Ingredients
- 3 firm yellow tomatoes
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ jalepeno, seeded
- salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Toss to combine. Serve this Sunny Pico De Gallo With Yellow Tomatoes.

- Serve with tortilla or pita chips. Also great on fish tacos!
