Make this Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole with Sausage for an easy and delicious meal prepped breakfast!

Ingredients
- 16 oz ground breakfast sausage - I used pork
- 12 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 oz frozen tater tots

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground sausage to the warm frying pan, brown and break into crumbles. Remove from heat once cooked through.
- In a mix bowl whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper together.
- Pour the cooked sausage into the baking dish and then the egg mixture. Mix the two together and then top with a layer of shredded cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots in an even layer on top of the other ingredients.
- Bake at 350F for 70-75 minutes - be sure that the eggs in the middle of the casserole are fully set. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before cutting into slices.
