Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber in half and remove the seeds down the center.
- Slice both whole cucumbers and set aside.
- Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir in the cucumbers and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
