There’s nothing better than kicking off your weekend with the Ultimate Bagel Breakfast Sandwich!

Ingredients
- 1 plain or everything bagel
- 3-4 lices avocado
- 1 thick sliced tomato
- 2 pieces crispy bacon
- 1 lice fontina cheese
- 1 egg scrambled
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half.
- Lay the piece of cheese on the bottom part and place into a toaster oven to melt. Top with the avocado, tomato, bacon and egg and place the other half of the bagel on top.
- Slice down the middle and serve.
Notes
- Obviously you can go ahead and swap out your favorite fillings and spreads here! Even make two at a time and wrap one up for the next day.
