- 2 Tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
- 250 ml soy milk 1 cup, unsweetened
- 2 Tablespoons vegan margarine (the spreadable kind, not the block)
- 80 g brown sugar ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon, soft, light
- 3 Teaspoons vanilla extract
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Mix well before use.
