Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoons flax seeds ground
- 2 Tablespoons water cold
- 200 g vegan margarine (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon) the spreadable type, not the block
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 100 g brown sugar ½ cup, soft, light
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 260 g self-raising flour (2 cups)
- 60 g cocoa powder (⅔ cup)
- 100 g dairy-free chocolate chips (~½ cup)
- 50 g mini marshmallow ~2oz, vegan
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
