  • 1 oz (400ml) coconut milk full fat, canned
  • Cup caster sugar (150g)
  • Cup soy cream (160ml)
  • ½ Teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ Teaspoon green food coloring optional
  • ¾ Cup chocolate chips 100g, or chunks, vegan
