- 1 oz (400ml) coconut milk full fat, canned
- ⅔ Cup caster sugar (150g)
- ⅔ Cup soy cream (160ml)
- ½ Teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ Teaspoon green food coloring optional
- ¾ Cup chocolate chips 100g, or chunks, vegan
