Ingredients

  • 3 carrot
  • 1 white onion
  • 3 celery
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass white wine

Instructions

  1. With a sharp knife, finely chop or mince the onions, carrots, and celery. Try to cut the vegetables with uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a pan, heat up some extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Once it’s hot enough, add the chopped onion. Sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Then, add the carrots and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the white wine, and sauté for 10 more minutes, or until the vegetables turn golden.

Notes

  • The smaller the size of the ingredients, the shorter the time it takes for them to be cooked.
