- 2 cans corn about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
- 2 avocados diced
- 1 can black beans about 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

- Toss all of the ingredients together.
- Let marinade for 5 minutes.
