Baked Peach Oatmeal
Report
Rolled oats mixed with frozen peaches and baked into a cake like breakfast food. This is a great meal for those weeks you prefer something sweet to have in the morning.

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 ½ cups skim milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 scoops whey protein powder vanilla
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 2 Tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of whey protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp of salt.
- In a separate bowl mix together 1 ½ cups of milk, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Spray an 8”x8” baking dish with cooking spray and add the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the top and mix to incorporate.
- Add in some of the peaches and hide them in the oatmeal. Place some of the peaches over the top for presentation purposes.
- Bake the oatmeal for 35 minutes or until it has set in the middle.
- This recipe makes 4 servings. Cut the oatmeal into 4 even pieces and place into each of your containers.
