Blender Salsa Recipe

This easy Homemade Salsa recipe is ready in just 3 minutes using a blender. A blend of tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic, onion, cilantro and green chile.

Ingredients
- 4-6 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños stems and seeds removed, cut into quarters
- 1/2 red onion cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup cilantro loosely packed and stems included
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes drained
- 8 ounces diced green chiles drained

Instructions
- Add the garlic, jalapenos, red onion and cilantro to a large blender. Pulse several times until finely chopped.
- Add the drained tomatoes and green chiles. Pulse several times or choose the "sauces" option for 5 seconds (if your blender has this option). Do not over mix, otherwise the power of your blender will result in juicing instead of a chunky salsa.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
