Buffalo Corn on the Cob Recipe

Just TRY to stay away from this easy-to-make and delicious buffalo corn. Vibrant, juicy corn is grilled until it chars and develops a smoky flavor, then it's smothered in a buttery buffalo sauce and sprinkled with blue cheese and fresh herbs. It's the perfect BBQ side dish that everyone will love!

Ingredients
- 6 6 cobs of corn shucked
- 1 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 2 2 tablespoons EACH: salted butter, mayonnaise, and hot sauce such as Tapatio or Franks
- ¼ ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese or more!
- chopped parsley or chives to garnish

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub the oil over the cobs of corn. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning a few times.
- While the corn is cooking, make the buffalo sauce. Melt the butter then stir in the mayonnaise and hot sauce.
- When the corn comes off of the grill, brush it with the buffalo sauce then sprinkle with blue cheese and a little parsley and/or chives.
