Chile Lime Salmon

Chile Lime Salmon. This quick and easy 20 minute dinner is super flavorful thanks to a bit of heat from the Chile and a cooling citrus zest from the lime.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets,
- 3 tablespoons Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- chopped cilantro
- Lime slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon lime zest , and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk to combine.
- Lay the 4 salmon fillets, on the baking pan, skin side down. Brush the tops with the chili lime sauce.
- Bake the salmon for 15 minutes, and remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime slices if desired.
