Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Line a parchment on a baking sheet and keep it ready.
- Remove the extra moisture from the chicken wings by patting them with the kitchen towel. Place the chicken wings on the prepared parchment paper.
- In a small bowl combine the seasonings; garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the prepared rub over the chicken wings.
- Cook the wings in the oven for 20-25 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce; Melt the butter in a bowl, once it is cooled down add in the parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, garlic, and parsley. Mix it well combined.
- Add the baked wings to the garlic parmesan bowl and toss it until well combined.
- Transfer the garlic parmesan chicken wings to a plate and serve while it is still warm.
