Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup half and half
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ cup chives chopped

Instructions
- Add the frozen corn, cream cheese, parmesan, milk, half & half, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sugar to a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Then, stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.
- Recover and cook for 1 more hour.
- Add the chives and stir the corn once more. Serve warm with your favorite meals.
