- 500 g yoghurt
- 100 g cucumber grated
- 1 tbsp mint sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber then add into the yoghurt along with the salt and mint sauce then mix until well combined
- Serve with pakoras and enjoy!
