Easy Breakfast Sliders Recipe

Rise and shine with our easy-to-make breakfast sliders! This scrumptious recipe combines fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and your choice of toppings to create a delightful morning meal.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 lb Bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar
- 12 oz King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet and add egg mixture. Scramble and once cooked, set aside.
- Cook bacon in skillet or oven until crispy. Cut bacon into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half of rolls into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on bottom half of rolls. Layer scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese.
- Place top buns on top of the cheese to create a sandwich.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup with 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Brush mixture on top of the slider tops and place pan into preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and serve!
