Spice up your dipping routine with this unique twist on classic pickles – Fried Pickle Dip! Full of flavor and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
- 1 cup dill pickles chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown and toasted.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and Ranch in a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer.
- Once smooth and creamy, add in the chopped pickles.
- Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top and serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, and more! *If not serving right away, store covered in the refrigerator, but do not top with breadcrumbs until serving.
