A two ingredient goat cheese dip that's fabulous for any occasion.

Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅔ cup goat cheese

Instructions
- Place the goat cheese and cream into a small pot over medium-low heat. Using a small whisk, stir constantly. It will only take a few minutes until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Pour into fondue pot or ramekin. Remember that this is very rich, so a little goes a long way.
Notes
- Serve with chunks of lightly toasted bread and sliced green apples.
