Refreshing, creamy, and made with only 6 ingredients. This avocado mango smoothie is made without banana but packed full of energy.

Ingredients
- Juice of one orange roughly ⅓-1/2 cup
- 1 cup Mango frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 Ice cubes
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¾ cup almond milk
Instructions
- Juice the orange and add it to the blender. Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Blend on high until fully combined.

- depending on your blender you may need to add additional water as this shake becomes nice and thick!

- This smoothie is delicious as is but you can also top it with coconut whipped cream or homemade granola.
- Frozen spinach blends smoother than fresh spinach but both will work.
- Pea protein powder will absorb more liquid and make the mango avocado smoothie thick. Whereas a coconut or blended protein like Orgain will give a sweeter taste but not absorb as much.
- To make this energy smoothie paleo and whole30-approved, sub in collagen powder for protein powder. You may wish to add a date to the mix to counter any flavor differences as collagen powder is flavorless.
