Homemade Buffalo Sauce Recipe

This Homemade Buffalo Sauce Recipe is easy, quick, and so delicious! Skip the store bought buffalo sauce and make your own delicious sauce at home.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter just barely melted
- ¾ cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional but recommended
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Allow to cool and thicken for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately or cover tightly and store in fridge up to 1 week. Gently reheat in a sauce pan over lowest heat setting on the stove.
Notes
- Hot sauce: Frank's Hot Sauce has a distinct flavor and is my top preference for buffalo sauce. You can use other hot sauces but the heat level and flavor may vary.
