Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger root grated
- 1 clove garlic grated
- ¼ yellow onion grated
- 1 tbsp grated apple
- ½ tsp chili powder I used cayenne pepper powder
- ⅛ tsp white pepper powder
- ½ tbsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ tbsp white sesame seeds

Instructions
- Measure out all of the ingredients into a small saucepan. Place the pan on the stove and heat on low-medium/low.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously, then remove from the heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in a clean sterilized jar in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
