How to Grill Steak

Learning how to to grill steak is not as hard as you think! Juicy, delicious, and perfectly cooked it to your preferred doneness every time.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 lemons juiced
- 4 steaks see note

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a zipper top bag or bowl.
- Let marinate for at least an hour, up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill on high. Clean it if necessary.
- If your grill has a temperature guage, it should be between 450º-500º.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
- They should be cooked rare when cooked on that long, use a meat thermometer to be sure.
Notes
- The steaks you use should be at least 1-inch thick. I like to use ribeyes, t-bones, or New York strips.
