An iced golden milk latte is the perfect sippable healthy drink to sip on when you crave something refreshing.

Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- pinch black pepper
- Pinch cinnamon optional
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or stevia
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups milk your favorite
- ice
Instructions
- Add about half a cup of milk into a glass. Just enough to combine the powders with the liquid.
- Add the turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, maple syrup or sweetener (if using), and vanilla to the glass. Use a milk frother to whisk the powdered ingredients and combine them with the milk. Once they're mixed well, add the rest of the milk and stir.
- Add ice, stir to chill, and enjoy.
Notes
- Using a golden milk mix: combine 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops of the mix with the milk. Add a little sweetener, if that's what you prefer.
