Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 30 grams low carb protein powder
- ½ medium avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 6 medium fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the coconut flakes.
- Pulse the blender until you achieve desired consistency or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top the green smoothie with toasted coconut flakes.
