Ingredients
- ½ medium avocado
- ¾ cup canned coconut milk full fat
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5 medium fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until mixed well and smooth.
- Add in the ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve and enjoy!
